With praise to our God who brings sight to the blind and hearing to the deaf, we humbly offer our prayers.
  • For the members of the body of Christ, the Church, for effective preaching and compelling witness, let us pray to the Lord: 
  • For government leaders, judges, and legislators, for keen insight, clear judgment, and concern for the common good, let us pray to the Lord: 
  • For all who minister to the sick, for healing in both body and spirit, let us pray to the Lord: 
  • For a light in the night of strife in the Holy Land, for all who entered the celebration of Hanukkah, and for all who seek to follow God’s will, let us pray to the Lord: 
  • For this community of faith, the body of Christ in this time and place, for generous hearts sensitive to the needs of neighbors, let us pray to the Lord:
God of all goodness, hear our prayers as we await the coming of your Son. We offer them in the name of Christ our Lord, Amen.
