As a people of faith, we pray for our enemies and want only the best for all people. Faced with this great challenge, we present these prayers to God.
  • For all the faithful: for the ongoing struggle to pray for those who do not walk with us, let us pray to the Lord:
  • For peacemakers: for strength in the Spirit of God, we pray to the Lord:
  • For those who suffer addictions of any kind: for healing, not judgment, let us pray to the Lord:
  • For our enemies: for a conversion of heart among those who ridicule or seek the demise of Catholic institutions, let us pray to the Lord:
  • For this community: for a renewed spirit of forgiveness, peace, and harmony, let us pray to the Lord:
Lord God, in your wisdom, you forgive all our iniquities and ask us to do the same for those with whom we share your world. See in these prayers our desire to follow you in all things and answer them according to your word, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
